Pros

There's no streaking, they glide smoothly, they're permanent and they have beautiful vibrant colors. The color is so vibrant and they come is these crazy hues that only artists would know to tell the difference. The colors are bright and rich, the qua...  Read More

Sometimes having nice tools just makes things funner to do. Bought for my daughter the budding artist. Cumbersome to work with on location.

For a long time i debated about this purchase - it is pricey. The black is the richest black pen i have ever used.

Cons

This gives the idea that normal skin/flesh is some shade of light peach. However, they are the shortest lasting of all my markers.

Quality

The quality of the pens is outstanding

I am particularly impressed with the yellows in this set

Honestly i started out buying the set of grey tones and fell instantly in love with this product

Price

So glad i found them and the price was right

Packaging/appearance

Beautiful colors great packaging quick drying ink odor free and more

Competitiveness

I can actually color now and not have to worry about it bleeding through my leuchttrum 1917

I cant do that with my prismacolor or copic markers because they are alcoholbased and will distort the lines of the sharpie ink

If i need a true red in an illustration i use a copic but am careful not to let it touch sharpie ink

Cons i wish a color chart had been provided i ended up making my own the color name and number code are printed on each pen but on several pens they are almost impossible to read because the text is small and in a color that doesnt stand out against the pen case color i used my label maker to label each pen with its color number in a legible size and at the end of the pen so i could see the number while the pen is in the box when i wanted to order the colors that did not come in the 48 pen set it took a good bit of sleuthing to figure out what those colors were it would have been nice if a set of the extra 12 colors were available
