Pros
Very lightweight, but sturdy. I sometimes forget i have it because of how compact it is. This is an updated review as a result of their customer service having resolved the original issues.
High quality, does the job as advertised. Bottom line is that i am now completely satisfied with product and service. Like everything inc.
Cons
This is not constructed strong with all the plastic wheel and bottom weight bearing flimsy plastic. Will not lay flat without me forcing it to do so. Return is more of a hassle than other items i've returned.
