What did happen was that best buy subcontracted out our installation to a 3rd party that was unscrupulous dishonest and unprofessional

In short order the dishwasher became unattached from the countertop and would lean forward whenever it was loaded

The problem was that the 3rd party contractor had attached the dishwasher to the countertop in such a way that there was no way to reattach the dishwasher without rebuilding the countertop
