Pros
Overall a great product. I love the zipper pouch it brings. The mat is great, really.
Cons
My gripe is that i've been using this brand since my babies were 6 months old, and after over half a year, i tasted food from their plates. It's as if the silicone absorbed the detergent and it was now leaching into the food.
It’s super unfortunate because i was looking forward to trying this mat out. Useless product wish i could return it!
Saying this has suction power is laughable. We push it down, and the edges just pop up - breaking the seal. Also it literally holds no food.

I dont get the reviews that say this makes their food taste like soap

In fact we had to keep a separate unscented dish soap just for washing these because the first one we threw in the dishwasher absorbed the scent of the dish soap and it altered the taste of the food we put in it and we were never able to completely get rid of it

We didnt want that happening to our other 3 mats so we only ever washed these by hand in unscented dish soap

If the baby pulls from the middle of the plate the plate is going to stay in its place but if the baby finds out he or she can pull from the edge of the mat it is going to end at the floor

We were on vacation with family when i pulled this out and an aunt commented she would need to return my daughter’s birthday present

These are great for baby led weaning but after a while of washing them in the dishwasher the food starts to smelltaste like dishwasher soap

It sucks well to the surface so the baby cant turn the plate upside down while eating
