I also tried returning it considering the table was within their weight limit and i used it properly and they actually returned it back to me

I am sure if you have a light piece of furniture this might work for you but if it is something heavy which is really the only reason you would likely need it i do not recommend it

Instead of using 4 sliders with one at each corner of a large item and having one fall off stopping the progress having one per side they never catch and fall off

You do not need to buy towing strings but can attach any strong stringrope like a clothes line
