Pros

They are not too thick or big. Maybe that's why they dissolve easier-just a guess, lol. They taste good and are very convenient.

My doctor suggest i take calcium and vitamin d supplementation. I take supplemental vit d, because my d levels test low if i don't. I love that they have calcium plus magnesium and vit d.

Cons

These are the worst tasing ez melts i've tried. The taste and texture are awful - way worse than a tums. It's not worth the extra $16 that you’re paying for glorified tum. This has mannitol in it, which has very dangerous side effects.
