Pros

The taste is good and not too chalky. It melts easy and taste great too. After having bariatric surgery the body absorbs chewable vitamins far greater than swallowing pills.

It seems to be helping my thinning hair and peeling nails. My nails are stronger and my hair is almost at my waist.
