Received one day after ordering.
Methylcobalmin b-12 for people with mthfr mutations. Thiamin and methylfolate instead of folic acid. Easy to dissolve.
Cons
They taste like geritol vitamins used to taste in the 60's. These need an orange juice chaser. Two of these caused a strong reaction with flushing on to of my body.
