On the listings for all 3 of their products big ez detail little ez detail and this one the go ez you will see an overwhelming amount of negative reviews due to the brush being “damaged” “cheap” and “crushed” and calling for you to not purchase the brush

The bristles on these brushes have memory and only need to be submersed in warm water or hit it with some heat from a heat gun or blow dryer in order for it to return to its original shape
