Pros

Next time, i plan to put them in the refrigerator (beforehand) and put them on when they are icy cold. I keep mine in the fridge so they are a cold press. I look forward to using them again and hope that the effects will be cumulative.

Cons

They are way too lubricated to stay on. Klorane smoothing and relaxing patches are much better.

So for me i love the product and the service

It adheres beneath the eyes easily as long as you refrigerate the product

Clearly something had leaked but the seller was kind enough to send replacements in a box natch and i am so glad

Packaging/appearance

I keep them in the fridge and pop them on for twenty minutes in the am

I keep mine in the fridge so they are a cold press

Sadly the outer paper packaging of the eye pads was soggy and the 6 individual foil packages were visibly wet

Competitiveness

These do a good job depuffing and dont sting as some of the competing products do

Afterwards my eyes looked a bit brighter and there was a slight tightening effect of my undereye bags

However they are effective at moisturizing your undereye area so that you can put on concealer to cover up those circles
