Pros
The little compact holds a good amount and should last a long time, so it's worth the price. I like how smooth this goes on. Highly recommend it.
The marie jose has just the right amount of gray to blend with my eyebrows. I have black hair so when my eyebrows smudge it's noticeable. I use elf’s concealer brush (which is fairly soft) rather than a traditional spooly brush.
The powder goes on cleanly and it looks natural. I also like it that it is not waxy. The powder stays on all day even though i tend to be oily.
Cons
The transfer from brush to brow is a joke, very little pigmentation. The little brush that comes with it is useless--you need to buy a full size eye brow brush.
It is not a very light or pale shade. Should be sold as brown/grey.

I got the lightsoft gray because my hair is nearly all white and have blue eyes and i use a small angled brush for application

I would call their color of blonde more like a light to medium shade of brown

Until i ordered this marie jose and company taupe eyebrow powder i had been using the anastasia 2color taupe powder
