Pros
Bought this item based on appearance, reviews, and reasonable price. Extreme max is an excellent company that stands by their products 110%. Very much appreciated.
It extends to the peak of my roof, and i bought this to clear snow around my furnace exhaust that doesn't stick up above the roof peak.
Cons
Would be okay for light powder snow. Not suitable for anything heavier than powder. Pressure goes to one tiny piece of plastic everytime i use the rake.

Long sturdy enough for me to reach my high roof
Great tool easy to put together but also easy to take apart at the end of the season
I’ve tried many methods but once i clean the roof within a week it’s back filled with pine needlesespecially the valleys
Unfortunately the handle broke after the 2nd use

It was just under 25 dollars plus 6
Not sure i would have bought it at full price
But it works well for the money

They arrived quickly and i have used my rake twice already
The company promptly shipped out an entirely new rake even though i only requested one pole
Sent an email request and less than an hour later it was on it way
I sent an email to the support team and by the next day i had an answer from daniel who said the needed parts had been shipped
Packaging/appearance
Style poly bladeall the parts and hardware were in the box
Mine wasnt missing the packing list says three sections
The screws and nuts were in a sealed bag
