Pros
It works just fine with my 2500 lb. Worked like a champ! This universal adapter for is perfect for most types of winches.
Very strong and easy to setup. Good price and a sturdy mounting plate for my new winch. The seller's photo depicts poor quality welds - but actual product has good weld finish.
Cons
Stuck with a hunk of useless metal. Square corners do not fit in any 1-1/4 mounts from the major manufacturers. Even if the corners were rounded, the square dimension is too large. Included hitch pin is not bent enough to be kept in place.

Since this mount allows you to addremove the winch in seconds you dont have the same protections of sitting in your truck to activate
