So this is not non stick in the sense that you may thing

However the writing is very difficult to read through the grid pattern

After each use it does need washing in soap and water and rinsed and because of the size it is difficult to fit in the sink however i have tried a number of different ways and have found that folding it into quarters it will fit into the sink easily and then wash each quarter leaving it to drain in the sink on the washing line or over the shower screen
