It really keeps the pressure off of the coccyx and doesn't get too flat after prolonged sitting. Has a rubber bottom side with dimples to keep it from sliding. Works great for buttock pain.

Cons

Product was delivered with a slice in it. It's hard and makes my sciatica hurt even worse! Definitely sending it back. Won't replace it.
