Pros
Not only for rolling out pastry but for biscuit making too. It also saves the clean up process of my wooded table. I make scones nearly every week so this is ideal.
Cons
It's large enough, but it's too thin. There isn't enough friction between my desk and the mat, making it very slippery and difficult to use.
