I get hd 4k quality on my appletv and fast gigabit connection to all of my devices downstairs

With the extollo ethernet power line adapter his download speed is not 80 100 mbsec

The only odd problem is that my tv takes about 10 to 20 seconds to connect each time i turn it on but i think thats a problem with the tv
