It works flawlessly. If you have ever own a older notebook, this is how it will look and work. Never had such enthusiastic customer service in my life.

Usb c adapter would not even be recognized by my computer. At times the external hd doesn't appear on my desktop, have to jiggle the connections. Amicool did refund my money to me, so they get points for that.
