This is the correct tool to use when it come to hvac and measuring room temp. Data between indoors and out to determine if there is a water intrusion issue.

Cons

These are ok if you aren't a stickler for accuracy. This tool was scratched right out of my pocket and broke in a week. I recommend you buy a thermometer that works and will last.
