I wish the limiting circuit went up to 20 amps as opposed to 3 amps but it is pretty clearly stated in the product description so i cant really complain too much

After playing with it and searching online a bit i found out you set the volts first then you short the red black connectors by touching or clamping them together

Then you will see the amps on the digital display and can dial in what you need
