Pros

The cover looks good and appears to be relatively high quality and sturdy. Also, the textured plastic and matte finish looks super oem. Looks great and fits as expected.

Mine leaks a little - but not horribly. There are nicely-designed gaskets around the edges.

Very nice solid covert hat is very secure. Had no problem keeping all my gear secured in my truck moving from san diego over to myrtle beach.

Cons

The cover leaked from minute one. It leaks from the edges and from the hinges. The hinge leaks are not the rubber seal it is the panel to aluminum channel which is leaking on both hinges.

The springs don't have enough tension to keep the top seated on the bed rails. When you get them tensioned enough half way they require an inhuman feat of strength to get them latched. The sag is on both sides and worsens by the day.

This design is a gimmick. The shortness is the biggest issue. Extang sent me a piece of weatherstrip to remedy the issue.
