A little hard to get on and fit right holes are in the wrong spot so it makes it somewhat difficult to put on and take off

Received my product on time as stated was a little disappointed because the seams were already half sewn and looked as if if would come apart i have a small carry on 21inches and it just barely fit my luggage very snug and the holes don’t aline well with your luggage handles
