Pros
Product itself is very sturdy as well. Took me a little while to figure out my 200mm x 300mm tv mount. Instructions are for square mounting.
Cons
This one is not as sturdy or made as others. Total bummer. Return shipping is too much so decided to keep.

We did have a bolt that broke but i think that may have been because it wasnt tightened properly when we installed it not sure

I docked it 1 star because of the difficulty in aligning the 300 x 300 versa holes to the mount and the plastic caps at the end of the swing arms fell out but could be put back

I would not use to mount a tv in my living room because would not be flush enough against the wall
