Pros
Only issue is the monitor picture has flickering, prob from the signal being boosted. Great quality 4k video and audio. That's all i can ask for since my fios dvr only supports up to 1080i. Then via cat5 ethernet to an outdoor tv.
Cons
Big bummer there. The seller needs to learn how to use amazon correctly.
I have a roughly 150ft cable run and it just won’t work. The total distance is about 14 feet just for reference. I'll be very generous and round it to 50 ft.

The built in ir blaster works fine but my direct tv remote is rf radio frequency which the ir blaster cant support

In this case i figured out i could set my remote to use ir instead of rf

Just a caution to others if your remote and video source communicate via rf only this may not be a good solution for you
