Pros & Cons
Pros
The picture quality is awesome. They are well made and easy to connect. This setup is really nice to be able to hide wires.
Only issue is the monitor picture has flickering, prob from the signal being boosted. That's all i can ask for since my fios dvr only supports up to 1080i.
Cons
Yea, definitely does not transmit to 200ft. I have a roughly 150ft cable run and it just won’t work.
The audio started to cut out on one that was working well and the other one would start flickering/going black randomly. Get some blackmagic micro converters instead. The seller needs to learn how to use amazon correctly.
The extender is very poor quality, not reliable, and lacking features that are avaliable elsewhere for a comparable price. Difficult to get synced up sometime. No remote control capability. Have to be powered off and on until they sync.
Highlights
Quality
Quality is great and signal is solid
It was plug and play and the customer is ecstatic with the performance of the remote monitor
No way no how could i get this to work with 400ft of very high quality cat7 cable
No quality lost as far as i can tell
Competitiveness
I did tested on a 100ft long cable and it works great
This allowed us to deliver a picture over a distance
I used a previously installed 75 run of cat5 cable that has been there for at least 7 years
I replaced a hdmi extension that failed with another that would not work probable because of cat5e distance

In this case i figured out i could set my remote to use ir instead of rf

Just a caution to others if your remote and video source communicate via rf only this may not be a good solution for you
