Being an asthmatic and veteran who is used to these when training. These shirts are great as undershirts. I use these under my hospital scrubs, they definitely keep me warmer and the fit is good.

Cons

A 2xl mens looks like a kids small. However the shirts length is just too short. They retain odor horribly (much worse than cotton t-shirts) will not buy these again.
