Pros
The 18 stride is the longest you can get in a compact model with rear drive. Despite small frame, it has a long stride and feels very sturdy. Noise level - this is extremely quiet. The foot pedal mistake alone makes up for the broken wave washers.
Lock tite or white lithium grease is the best way to protect the nuts and bolts. The bolts come with threadlock so you don't have to worry about missing a bolt. Packaging is very thorough.
The pre-programmed workouts are decent and challenging. Resistance level is appropriate to each level choice on the console.
Compact size makes it great if you don't have a dedicated workout room. It is compatible with the my cloud fitness app with bluetooth. It has an led screen, different workout programs and a cup holder.
Cons
Manufacturer sent me a main unit that was probably defective. The app start failing even from the registration part itself. The joint behind the right footpad just keeps coming apart. It seems to have some kind of defect.
The app on my phone still works, but it's very limited in functionality. Now when i call it goes straight to voicemail and instructs me to leave a message. The app is horrible and froze every time i tried to use it too.
The parts inside sound and act like a stick shift in a car in which the gears are grinding on each other. There is no actuation in the motor that controls the brake contacting the flywheel. The machine is stiff and very hard in use.
I am sad that i have to substitute a different cardio routine till i can get a new machine, but i am even more dismayed that my loyalty towards a company and a product has only left me with disappointing results.

I am very happy with the solid construction of the elliptical
Its not same quality as a nordic track for sure but it isnt the same cost either
Putting it together the product seemed a little below average quality but once together it looks and functions as expected

The instructions are clear and everything is well labelled and very well packaged so that nothing gets damaged in shipping to you

My first elliptical was also an exerpeutic but it was an entry level model that costs less than 100
Still it made a good enough impression that i was willing to try a higher model

The biggest difference is the flatness of the ellipsis

Because its a compact machine the elliptical motion is a little more circular but not as much as a front drive machine

Keep in mind that due to the angle of the drive mechanism a frontdrive machine has an effective stride 2 shorter than the advertised stride unlike a reardrive unit

Its compatible with ios and android devices to track your progress but it doesnt save anything itself
