Pros

The airsoft ankle pads are great, but it can't prevent the inevitable discomfort of inversion tables. I think i had it really cranked down that time because it feels like your feet might come out. The heated vibrating lumbar support is also great.

Customer service is great. Less expensive than nationally advertised brand. Better than the high priced conversion table!

And weigh 220, the table handles me with ease, has a very smooth rotation. Adjustment for height is very quick for different users. I'm 260 lbs and this thing handles my weight like a pro.

Cons

The diagram or component was mislabeled causing me to assemble it incorrectly. They take a month to send you replacement parts so when you get them and something else goes wrong, it's too late to return the item.
