Just type something like exercise bands workout and watch the relevant exercise videos on the youtube website and start using the bands

So i got what i wanted because all 5 bands are a bit tighter than the 2 others i have but then again the bands are quite thin and you need all 5 of them for anything

The clips do look kind of iffy so you may want to always be careful wight hess

I can see how a band may snap if over exerted but i think you would have to be trying to test its limits for this to happen
