Pros
The sliders help me to stay balance when planking. Bottom (colored side) is smooth and shiny, makes them easy to slide on low/medium-pile carpet. I like that they are larger size and really easy to use. These sliders are great.
Cons
The smooth side is ok on carpet, but the lack of a lip to catch your toes means they often slip right off your feet in the middle of an exercise. Do not buy this sliders.
