Pros
The pump is flimsy, but it worked fine and did it's job no problem. It is strong and durable and i have no fear of it bursting. The only issue i can find is that the center seam is somewhat ragged.
The ball is top notch. Quick fill once you get it all going, and a little workout in itself from the pumping. Comes with a plug remover - it's an easy way to get the plug back out. My only gripe is the pump.
This is a great balance/workout exercise ball and i recommend it if you're in the market for one. Comes with a ball, foot pump, stopper and excerise wall chart. Perfect for crunches and jack-knife exercises.
Cons
The listing says it can stand 2000lbs of weight, however, the instructions with the ball itself says 265lbs. The instructions for the ball also say 265lbs!

The pump is made of thin and cheap plastic

Within my first few pumps the metal spring which brings the pump back to the open position popped through the plastic

Received the exercise ball and notice it was very sticky feeling and you could tell it was a thin plastic
