Pros
The inflation of the ball is somewhat cumbersome, due to being a hand held inflator, but it gets there. It seems to be very durable. Not cheap and thin, and there's no stinky plastic odor. Easier to inflate and store.
Least your arms get in their workout. I've used it for 2 1/2 weeks as a chair to help with my back & posture.
Cons
It sticks to your skin and floor. It also inflates oddly. Doesn't stay inflated for long. Hard to inflate.

Hard to get it inflated all the way but that may be a result of ordering the 55 size

It is probably the right size for actual exercise but if you are looking for one to bounce on get something bigger than the suggested size

I have a soft ball cover so i fill the ball until it fills the cover and it works
