Pros

This is a high quality ball withstands up to 600lbs, not that we need it but means just about anyone can use this. The 85cm is best was biggest and fit me best as birthing ball. It hurts but…. It hurts so good!

Using for my pregnancy workouts. Will be using it during labor and postpartum but it’s been fantastic so far. Great for use of pregnancy and labor.

Cons

Just as others have reviewed, my 65cm ball is smaller than advertised. The red is not the right size even though it has the 65 cm on the ball. It’s only 22 inch. It is way smaller than 65cm which is a huge deal as my hips should be above my knees.

Came intermittently covered in stray red and hot pink fibers/strings. The size is not correct and the pump that it comes with, takes a very long time to fully inflate. When fully inflated the ball only came to about 21 inches.
