Pros
The abdominal exercises isolate my stomach much better than any gym equipment can do.
It inflates easily and is ready to go! It's really fun! Durable and easy to inflate.
Cons
The sizing is misleading. The ball is completely lopsided.
It takes forever to inflate, and it’s hard to get it filled because the air escapes more as you fill it. This ball barely inflates to 24in. And yes, it is fully inflated but nowhere near the size it is supposed to be.

Make sure to pump it up as much as you want the first time kind of hard to get the plug out of the hole if you want to add more air into it afterwards
