Pros
The ball is perfect and it was easy to inflate with the air pump that is included. During the process, it helps to use the ball, or sit on it a little to make it more pliable. It isn’t easy to blow up but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

It feels super comfortable and bouncy. It is nice and sturdy. Perfect for the end of my pregnancy to do yoga exercises.
Cm works fine or even tall for a desk chair in my circumstances. The size i purchased (65cm) is great for ab workouts.
Cons
After 24 hours, it says to remove the plug and finish filling the ball with the tape around it. It is impossible to inflate the ball nearly as much as the black tape suggests. Pump action hangs up on the downstroke and becomes useless.
The ball is lopsided. The only redeeming quality it has is the size. From other reviews, it seems that they advertise as selling the large sizes, but always send customers the smallest and cheapest one.

It came with a nice strap to use to make sure you did not over inflate it however the pump that comes with it is useless

Problem being with it is the pump you get with it sucks and you can never fully pump it up
