Pros
The pump is very rudimentary, but it does the job of inflating the ball. Recommended by my physiotherapist.
Cons
It’s easy to set up, but it deflated quickly. It exploded within days of use.

They do come with a foot pump but its really much better if you have an electric air pump

The only issue is it stretches and dosent stay to the desired firmness

The ball comes with a pump however the pump is not very tight so the air filling hole keep popping out
