Cons
The chair is utter rubbish quality and within 3 months the material with which chair is made of started to come off. The poor quality leather tears upon the barest of friction. The worst aspect is the faux leather on the arm rests.
Used it too long so cant return now. Returned for refund. The product is faulty. Your customer service atrocious.

The cable is on the wrong side so did get in the way but once sorted and chair put together ive not noticed

The biggest niggle is im 6 tall so normal height and am funding the back doesnt go anywhere near my head and neck to support

The only thing i was expecting to be better was the massage function when you switch the massage function on it just vibrates in certain spots which is fine but i expected a more firm massage with roller balls

The only real issue i really have is that for some reason the chair is slanted a little bit to the left doesnt give it a straight look and the back board is also slanted left a little bit
