You need to check which attachment you should use for the thing youre mixing which can get confusing so read the manual carefully before you start to use the machine

Machine does all that i expected easy to use easy to clean some reviews say it does not mix right to the edge of bowl no machine goes right to the edge you have to stop machine and scrape the sides so that it all gets mixed any baker will tell you that they have to do the same with their machines
