This mic is not the one that requires an internal battery you will need to supply 48v phantom power
But make sure to get a 48v phantom power to use it otherwise it doesnt work right but research is key

Build quality wasnt what i was expecting as i saw a few reviews of the mic on youtube and it definitely feels like a cheap microphone but i can tell what the company slacked in on build quality they made up for in a better mic pickup

You could realistically pass it off as being a higherend mic for regular audio listeners

Just be weary that they have to cut costs somewhere and if the reviews are anything to go by its a gamble if you get a unit that works at all
