Pros

This roaster with rack is perfect for a small to medium roast, turkey breast, etc. It's also good for a lasagna or other casserole type dishes. Versatile roasting for oven or outdoor grill.

I like how sturdy it is. It has a mirror polish finish that rivals chrome.

My water has a whole bunch of lime and calcium that leaves a scum line that wipes off with little to no scrubbing. It is stainless, so it cleans up nicely. It cleans so easily too.

Cons

Unlike the pictures, my roasting pan does not have indents in the bottom, so the rack falls right through to the bottom.
