Pros

This is a must have for any kitchen regardless of your cookware. Used the utensil for scooping out cake and cookies with other pans. This roasting pan is great.

This is a fabulous pan for lasagna. Made our first lazagna in it, and workd great, easy clean, strudy. Got to make a 4 layer lasagna and no spilling over.

The lid is perfectly sturdy for storing food. Only downside is the lid doesn't really click into place, it just sits on top. It lays on top period.

It makes it so much easier to clean. Easy to clean and the perfect depth. Cleans pretty easily too.

Cons

The pan is thin and flimsy! If you have something light in the pan it makes quite a bit of noise as it expands and contracts in the oven.
