Pros

Excelsior is a plant based laundry detergent. It seems gentle enough for the sensitive-skinned people in our house. It cleans stains, cleans generally well, and the fragrance is subtle, not overpowering. Clothes seems cleaner.

Gd cleaning quality. Cleans very well using a small amount.

Simple pump bottle has a side punch out and spigot for dispensing. It helps to have the eco pump bottle to use to dispense to your washing machine. Dispenser works fine, just cumbersome.

The packaging is a little wonky. Have 3 people to do laundry for and the box lasts us an entire year.

Cons

My washer is only a year and a half old and the rubber gasket is disgusting and covered in mold. It smells like old locker room clothing. No instructions on how to set up the spout.
