Cons
Did not clean the grouting or cooker very well at all. Also couldn't see any difference on my carpets. It is now in the far corner of the cellar which is where it'll stay.
There seems to be some kind of design flaw. The cord is also to short which i knew before purchasing.
This is the worst 50+ pounds i have ever spent on a purchase. Will not buy earlex again. Advise others against this purchase. You have been warned.

The other thing is the cloth it comes with is very thin and rubbish so my tip is to buy thick floor pads to clip on to steam the floor then put the cloths in the washing machine
