Downsides are the sweat factor my main sport is ultimate which is cardio intensive and that over time the band around the bicep area tends to wear out

The woven seam is really tight and the velcro strap can be as tight as possible and still not be nearly as tight as that

The velcro also has started to lose its grip around the chest since its the most used strap
