Pros

Our hands were fully protected.

The grip dots on these are really important so you can safely hold what you're cutting. They are especially useful with a mandolin slicer. As far as when holding my dicing or slicing knife it is pretty good.

These are easy to wash out and hang dry, have grippers on them, and are decently sturdy. They are so strong and well made, with an invisible rubbery textured area on the palm and inner fingers.

Comfortable, snug but not too tight. Very comfortable and very durable.

Cons

They transfer temperature as if you had no glove on. Used once and there is a hole from slicing vegetables. Also just barely come to to wrist. Most importantly they run very, very small.
