Straight up makes my gen 1 yukon night sight a gen2
I mount it with my monucular and it extend my nightvision vision
It uses a 18650 battery which lasts much longer than the ir light on my scope which uses cr123 batteries
The focusing beam adjustment is a smooth twisting motion and using a sightmark photon xt 4

For longer ring shops all you have to do is focus it in to the tightest being and you will see the square the best thing to do in order to center it up with the cross series of your night vision device is to loosen the scope rings ever so slightly to be able to rotate the light until you can get it as centered as possible then tighten down the scope ring or whatever device you have to secure the light to your scope and you will be good to go

I wanted something that could illuminate wide areas with a bit of oomph when using gen 3 night vision goggles and was invisible to the naked eye
