Programmable * allow you to add shortcuts. They're very helpful with my rsi. A straightforward utility enables you to configure all of them. It's not resource intensive, and it's very useful.
Cons
The glossy chrome texture of the mouse ruins the experience. Sensitivity of movement is very clunky.
