Pros

Some pre-workout supplements give you a bitter medicine-like aftertaste, but this one is easy to consume. No creatine or no2 pump- but for fat loss, in my non-expert opinion an excellent choice.

Engn shred by evlution nutrition has yet to let me down. Love cycling between different ones and this one always works for me. Can't beat the price of this nt.

Cons

Tried ot for few weeks and ended up throwing 3/4 of it away. What makes it more frustrating is i had to return this product both times. If you need a flush out of your system that's the only use.

This is so expensive when you take into account that it is just flavored caffeine. The other ingredients have no actual nutritional or medical basis for being included. The only positive is it tastes really great.
