Product works for my body, but i would advise anyone who hasn't taken any pre-workout to really start off small to gauge your body tolerance because going full clip right off the bat may make you feel sick. Gives me a fairly good pump before the gym. ... Read More

The grape flavor is sublime. Their ingredient stack is hard to find in comparison to other products.

Engn shred is the best thermogenic preworkout i've tried. Consistency is key, not just with the product but actually putting in the work!

Cons

This is just flavored caffeine. Feels like this had amphetamines in it or something. I really wish it didn't have that affect with me, because i feel like i can put up heavier weights with ease.

The flavor isn't the best i’ve had this before. It’s ok not sweet like blue razz. Some of them like yohimbe are even questionable as they are poorly studied.

Gets you fired up to crush your workout and with the ingredients supplied i have been able to shred those unwanted pounds quicker

It is something you have to figure out on your own and i dont have an adverse reactions to anything in the product

The quality of the product is obvious

If the lid is loose before it gets shipped you will end up with loose powder in the box

Many competitors require much more water to cut the sweetness and that dilutes any flavor they had

As a preworkout this is great for me

That said ive never had and reactions to anything from any preworkout from any other brands
