Very satisfied customer here. This does the trick. This item helps my needs.

The improvements in recovery time and endurance allow me to train harder and workout more frequently without many days off. It's been noticeable with my energy levels for my strength and endurance training.

Cons

The taste is so awful i can't describe it. If this is not rectified i will be looking for a new supplier. Almost like chewing tylenol. Unflavoured is actually bitter!

I usually buy grape and pink lemonade crystals from walmart hehe the ratio is also a perfect 211 which is what you want in a bcaa
